We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in Python & FastAPI to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems.
The ideal candidate should have strong system design, API development, database optimization, microservices, and distributed systems experience, along with the ability to build reliable, production-grade services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of software developers

Design and develop scalable backend architectures

Drive projects through the complete SDLC

Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Collaborate with architects, product managers and stakeholders

Drive continuous improvement in development processes and technologies
