Position:

- Strength & Conditioning Coach (Internship / Full-Time)

What You’ll Learn:

- Functional training & strength conditioning

- Injury management & corrective exercise basics
- PT sales and client retention strategies
- Real-time gym floor management experience

Salary & Incentives:

- Fixed Salary: ₹2,500 – ₹4,000/month (based on experience & role)

Attractive Incentive Structure:

- Walk-in PT Conversion: 40% of total PT amount




- PT Renewal Conversion: 50% of total renewal amount
- Self-Generated Clients: 60% of total PT amount

Responsibilities:

- Assist and guide members on the gym floor
- Support clients during training sessions
- Maintain discipline and energy in the studio
- Help generate and convert personal training clients
- Work in rotational shifts as per studio requirements
