- Conduct legal research on Corporate, Commercial and Business Laws.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts, notices, letters and legal documents.
- Support the team in reviewing commercial contracts and identifying key legal and compliance requirements.
- Assist with Companies Act, SEBI, IPR and other applicable regulatory matters.
- Prepare legal research notes, case summaries and relevant legal documentation.
- Assist in due diligence and document verification.
- Maintain and organize legal records, contracts and corporate documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for collection and verification of required documents.
- Monitor regulatory and legal developments relevant to clients/business operations.
- Perform any other legal research and documentation tasks assigned by the senior team.
