We are looking for an experienced AI Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of AI-powered solutions across our projects. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Machine Learning, and Python, along with the ability to lead a team and work directly with clients and stakeholders.

The candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable AI solutions, defining technical architecture, mentoring AI engineers, and ensuring successful delivery of AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of AI and Generative AI solutions for enterprise applications.
- Architect and implement LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source models based on project requirements.
- Design solutions involving prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval.
- Build and optimize RAG architectures using technologies such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent frameworks.
- Design and develop AI agents and multi-agent workflows for business process automation.
- Lead technical discussions with clients, understand business requirements, and translate them into AI solution architectures.




- Develop scalable and production-ready AI applications using Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks.
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP to deploy and scale AI solutions.
- Implement best practices for AI security, data privacy, model evaluation, monitoring, and responsible AI.
- Conduct POCs and technical feasibility assessments for emerging AI technologies.
- Mentor and guide AI/ML engineers and developers.
- Review code, architecture, technical documentation, and development practices.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, AI automation, and machine learning.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, business development, and client teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of experience in AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python.
- Robust understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Practical experience building RAG-based applications.
- Experience with AI Agents / Agentic AI / Multi-Agent System

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
