Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RFP Writer and Sales Specialist with expertise in the US private sector to identify, respond to, and win software development opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of RFP processes, exceptional writing and communication skills, and a strong track record in selling software solutions to US/UK -based private companies

Key Responsibilities

1. RFP Writing & Submission

● Research and analyze RFPs from private companies in the US-UK market to identify opportunities aligned with the company . Finding the opportunities from the portals

● Prepare high-quality, detailed, and compelling proposals tailored to the client

● Collaborate with technical teams to translate software solutions into clear, persuasive proposals.

● Ensure compliance with all RFP guidelines, deadlines, and submission requirements.

● Maintain a repository of reusable proposal templates, case studies, and success stories.

2. Sales & Lead Generation

● Identify and target US-based private companies seeking custom software development services.

● Build and manage a pipeline of high-potential leads through outbound prospecting,



market research, and networking.

● Utilize LinkedIn, online databases, and CRM tools to track and engage with potential clients.

● Conduct client presentations, demos, and pitch meetings to showcase the company

● Close the quarter Target assigned

3. Market Expertise & Strategy
● Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to identify recent opportunities.

● Develop and implement strategies to penetrate the US private sector market.

● Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, and influencers in target companies.

4. Client Engagement
● Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the RFP and sales process.
● Address client inquiries, provide clarifications, and ensure seamless communication.
● Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals successfully.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in industries that frequently require custom software development. Minimum 5 years experience in this domain and had past records of winning RFP

Familiarity with US private-sector procurement processes.

Knowledge of AI, blockchain, cloud computing, or other emerging technologies.

Qualification

B.E/MBA or similar

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
