They're looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead design, planning, and execution of commercial projects, including cinemas, retail, and mixed-use developments.Key Responsibilities:

- Lead architectural planning, concept development, and detailed design
- Prepare and review drawings, layouts, BOQs, and construction documents
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and external consultants
- Ensure compliance with building by-laws, NBC, fire safety, and statutory approvals
- Conduct site visits to monitor quality, progress, and design implementation
- Review contractor drawings and material specifications
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables




- Present design concepts to management and stakeholders
- Mentor Junior Architects and Design Engineers
- Support value engineering and cost optimization

Requirements:

✅ B.Arch (M.Arch is a plus)
✅ 5–8 years of experience in commercial, multiplex, retail, or hospitality projects
✅ COA Registration preferred
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), Lumion/Enscape, Photoshop, MS Office
✅ Working knowledge of BIM and construction documentation
✅ Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
