Job Title: Salesforce Developer & Admin

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer & Admin to manage, customize, develop, and support Salesforce applications. The candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce administration, development, automation, integrations, and user management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Salesforce administration, configuration, and user access.
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
- Create and maintain Flows, Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Components, and LWC.
- Configure objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
- Manage Sales Cloud functionality and CRM processes.
- Work with Agentforce and Salesforce automation capabilities.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide technical support to users.
- Perform data management, migration, validation, and data quality activities.
- Manage profiles, roles, permission sets,



sharing rules, and security settings.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver Salesforce solutions.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices, deployment processes, and documentation standards.
