JOB DESCRIPTION – TENDER EXECUTIVE

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma; B.E./B.Tech. preferred
Reporting To: VP – Sales / Head – Business Development

Role Purpose

To manage the end-to-end tendering and bidding process for Solar EPC and Renewable Energy projects, ensuring accurate, compliant and timely submission of competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and track relevant Government, PSU and Corporate tenders through online tender portals.
- Review NITs, RFPs, BOQs, eligibility criteria and technical/commercial requirements.
- Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial bid documents, quotations and BOQs.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Finance and Procurement teams for timely bid preparation.
- Ensure completeness and compliance of all tender documentation before submission.
- Track corrigendums, amendments, pre-bid queries, deadlines and tender results.
- Coordinate EMD, tender fees,



bank guarantees and other required documentation with Finance.
- Maintain a database of ongoing, submitted, awarded and upcoming tenders.
- Support management in analysing tender opportunities and improving bid success rates.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in tendering, bidding or proposal management.
- Experience in Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Power, Electrical EPC or Infrastructure will be preferred.
- Graduate/Diploma; B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and online tender/e-procurement portals.
- Solid documentation, coordination, analytical and follow-up skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to work within strict deadlines.
