Accountant experience: 3-4 years Salary range 3-4lpa location remote

Enter and post all collection entries correctly into the system, including Cash collections and safe keeping, Bank transfers, Post-Dated Cheques (PDC) and Current-Dated Cheques (CDC)

New customer verification by contacting people from the list of references provided by the sales team.

Customer account creation.

Timely follow up of the local service / purchase invoices and the bookings.

Preparing all the local payments.

Process all the Local and International payments in the Bank portal.

Vendor registration and creation to enable the payment process.

Booking monthly expenses in ERP

Process the credit notes for the bank charges and discounts.





Reconcile cash customers and follow up with the sales team members.

Daily report preparation and sharing with senior personnel.

Perform adjustments for accounts receivable and accounts payable entries as needed to maintain accurate financial records.

JV for Employee personal account for charging expenses.
