Tsubasa Global Engineering Private Limited is looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Accountant who can independently manage day-to-day accounting, taxation coordination, payroll, banking, reconciliations and management reporting.

The role will involve handling accounts for Tsubasa and other associated/group entities, with separate books, bank accounts, expenses and reporting requirements.

We are looking for someone who is organised, dependable, confidential and comfortable taking complete ownership of the accounting function.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain complete books of accounts in Tally / accounting software

- Manage accounting for multiple entities independently

- Record and reconcile:

- Sales and purchase invoices
- Expenses
- Vendor payments
- Customer receipts
- Bank transactions
- Cash and petty cash
- Advances and reimbursements

- Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)

- Handle accounts payable and receivable

- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers

- Verify invoices before processing payments

- Prepare GST workings and reconciliations,



including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and ITC reconciliation

- Prepare TDS workings and coordinate timely compliance

- Coordinate with the Company's CA, auditors and tax consultants

- Manage monthly salary/payroll processing, staff advances, deductions and reimbursements

- Maintain salary registers and employee payment records

- Track statutory dues and compliance deadlines

- Assist with finalisation of accounts and audits

- Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions

- Prepare monthly MIS reports for management, including:

- Income and expenses
- Bank/cash position
- Receivables and payables
- Vendor outstanding
- Advances
- Payroll
- GST/TDS liabilities

- Maintain strict segregation of accounts between different group entities

- Ensure proper supporting documentation and approval trails for expenses and payments

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
