Looking 1 yrs experienced in Night Shift
Your job responsibility is to carry out BPO- Night Shift( Non-Voice), Customer Support offline & online as required. Sending Notification EDI Order Processing and Sending Notification to the clients
Interaction with US clients / on site leads to firm-up requirements
Basic knowledge on any Domain - Retail, Apparel, Textile etc
Proven ability to work independently on projects
Positive communication in English - written & verbal
Basic Knowledge in EDI 856, 810, 860,850 etc.. and Ms-Office
Knowledge in MS-SQL
Note: Pls Don't Apply if you are not interested to work in NIGHT SHIFT
Responsibilities and Duties
Willing to take care USA Phone calls
Support to do online and offline as needed
Explain the process of ERP to the customer
Preparing Manual documents
MS-SQL Script running's into the customer dB
Data entry etc...
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
