Sawant Yoga is on a mission to build India’s most trusted Diabetes Reversal education platform. We educate thousands of people through YouTube, Instagram, webinars and structured diabetes reversal programs.

We are NOT looking for a social media manager.

We are looking for someone who can build our knowledge engine.

If you love researching, organizing information, understanding human psychology and creating world-class educational content, this role is for you.

Mission

Your mission is simple:

Make sure our founder never has to think from a blank page again.

Every recording session should already have researched topics, compelling hooks, scientific evidence, stories, titles and shooting notes ready.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research

· Research diabetes, obesity, insulin resistance, nutrition, stress, sleep, yoga, Ayurveda and metabolic health.

· Read scientific papers, books, podcasts, newsletters and expert interviews.

· Convert complex science into simple summaries.

· Verify facts before content is published.

2. Build the Knowledge Base

· Organize all research into a searchable database.

· Maintain topic libraries.

· Build FAQ libraries.

· Maintain patient story library.

· Maintain analogy library.

· Build myth vs truth database.

3. Content Strategy

Every week prepare:

· Long YouTube video ideas

· Instagram Reel ideas

· Shorts ideas

· Community posts

· Webinar supporting content

Nothing should be random.

Everything should align with business goals.

4. Script Preparation

Prepare:

· Hooks

· Titles

· Story structure

· Scientific references

· Examples

· Shooting notes

· Calls-to-action

The founder should only need to review and record.

5. AI Workflow Management

Use AI extensively.

Expected tools include:

· ChatGPT





· NotebookLM

· Perplexity

· Claude (optional)

You should know how to generate better outputs by asking better questions.

6. Performance Analysis

Every week analyse:

· Watch time

· Retention

· Click-through rate

· Shares

· Saves

· Comments

· Webinar registrations

Recommend improvements based on data.

Skills Required

· Excellent English and Hindi writing skill

· Solid research ability

· Curious mindset

· Ability to simplify complex topics

· AI prompt writing
