Job Title: SCCM / MECM Administrator – L2/L3 Support

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SCCM / MECM Administrator with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM). The candidate will be responsible for endpoint management, software deployment, patch management, OS deployment, client health, troubleshooting, and Microsoft Intune/Co-Management support.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support SCCM/MECM Current Branch environments.
- Manage Applications, Packages, Task Sequences, Baselines, and software deployments.
- Handle patch management using SCCM/WSUS and monitor patch compliance.
- Create and maintain OS Deployment (OSD) Task Sequences, boot images, drivers, and OS images.
- Troubleshoot PXE boot, imaging, task sequence, deployment, and content distribution issues.
- Monitor SCCM client health and troubleshoot client installation and communication issues.
- Analyze SCCM logs and resolve L2/L3 incidents.
- Manage Configuration Baselines and Compliance Settings.
- Support Microsoft Intune, Azure AD/Entra ID, Autopilot, and Co-Management.
- Troubleshoot Hybrid Azure AD Join and Intune enrollment issues.
- Support Windows 10/11 endpoint management and migration activities.
- Work with Active Directory,



Group Policy (GPO), WSUS, and PowerShell.
- Prepare operational reports, documentation, SOPs, and compliance reports.
- Support SCCM upgrades, infrastructure maintenance, and complex troubleshooting.

Important: Candidates should have minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on SCCM/MECM experience. Candidates with solid SCCM/MECM expertise beyond the stated budget may also be considered based on market-standard compensation.
