Position: ELV Support Engineer – Presales

Key Responsibilities:-

Support the Presales and Design team in preparing ELV system proposals, quotations, and technical submissions.

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and other technical documentation.

Assist in the design and review of ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, PA, AV, and Intercom systems.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain technical and commercial information.

Prepare reports, project documentation, and submission packages.

Maintain and update project records, drawing logs, and material databases.

Provide technical and administrative support to project teams as required.

Requirements:-

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.

0–2 years of experience in ELV systems, technical support, or presales activities.





Basic knowledge of ELV systems and components.

Basic knowledge of computer networking, including TCP/IP, IP addressing, switching, routing, and network infrastructure.

Understanding of Structured Cabling Systems (SCS) and network-related ELV systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Robust communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:-

Knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost estimation.

Basic understanding of network switches, wireless systems, and IP-based security systems.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Eagerness to learn and develop a career in ELV design and presales engineering.
