Total Integrated Design (India) Pvt Ltd is looking for Designers with drafting experience or Draughtsman with sufficient interior drawings experience to undertake a variety of projects to work on Detail Drawings with our agile team. You will work with a team on scope varying from layouts, detail drawings, specifications sheets etc and liaising with the stakeholders to managing the design process .The below responsibilities would be part of teamwork

Responsibilities

- Interpret and translate customer / design team’s needs into layout plans
- Work on various stage of drawings and development such as MEP, elevations, detailing etc
- Work on material specifications and overall be part of team to understand the design concept and translate to construction drawings
- Work closely with designers, miscellaneous consultants, clients and contractors
- Work in office and travel to site Pan India (traveling subject to the involvement in the project and role in the organization)





Requirements and skills

- Proven working experience of 3– 5 years in interior detailing for projects such as but not limited to hospitality, F&B;, retail, offices, commercials spaces. The candidate should have experience working on projects with other equivalent design or architectural companies.
- Expertise in layout, drawings, furniture dimensions.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp with rendering and related design software
- Understanding interpretation from design to detail
- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture or related qualification
- Candidate should be open to travel Pan India and overseas if required Location: Gurgaon

Salary: To be discussed as per Individuals capabilities

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
