The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for building strong industry connections, facilitating student placements, and ensuring successful career opportunities for students. The role involves liaising between students, faculty, and recruiters to achieve placement targets and enhance industry engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies, organizations, and industry professionals for student placements and internships.
- Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and industry networking events.
- Coordinate with academic teams to prepare students with employability skills, resume building, and interview preparation.
- Track placement activities and maintain an updated database of students and recruiters.
- Counsel and guide students regarding career opportunities and industry requirements.
- Ensure placement targets are met within defined timelines.
- Handle pre-placement and post-placement formalities.
- Prepare regular placement reports and submit them to management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
