Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter to manage and market IT consultants who are available for new project opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable requirements, marketing consultants to vendors and clients, managing submissions, coordinating interviews, and supporting successful placements.

The ideal candidate should have robust communication and negotiation skills, knowledge of the US IT staffing market, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and market IT consultants who are currently on the bench and available for new opportunities.
- Identify suitable contract, contract-to-hire, and project-based requirements.
- Search job portals, vendor networks, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms for relevant opportunities.
- Match consultant skills, experience, location, availability, and work authorization with job requirements.
- Prepare and submit consultant resumes to suitable requirements.
- Communicate with vendors, recruiters, clients, and staffing companies regarding available consultants.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and implementation partners.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and other requirements with vendors.
- Follow up on submitted resumes, interviews, feedback, and placement opportunities.




- Coordinate interview schedules between consultants and clients/vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, requirements, and placements.
- Track consultant availability and ensure timely marketing of consultants.
- Maintain consultant profiles and update resumes according to relevant requirements.
- Monitor market trends, client requirements, and technology demand.
- Meet daily and monthly submission, interview, and placement targets.

Required Skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Understanding of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.
- Knowledge of US IT technologies and common job roles.
- Experience with job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and recruitment/CRM tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a US shift environment.
