Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing a fast-paced schedule, handling confidential information, coordinating meetings and travel, and ensuring smooth day-to-day executive operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting materials.
- Screen and manage emails, calls, correspondence, and other communications.
- Prepare presentations, reports, documents, minutes, and business correspondence.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.
- Maintain confidential records, files, and sensitive business information.
- Follow up on action items and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Assist with planning and organizing conferences, events, and business meetings.
- Conduct research and compile information as required by senior management.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative and organizational tasks.
- Anticipate the executive’s needs and proactively address potential issues.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Calendar.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
