JOB SUMMARY

Mahabodhi Global Foundation is seeking an experienced CSR Funding and International Grants professional with a proven track record in resource mobilisation, institutional fundraising, donor relations and project operations.

The selected candidate will identify funding opportunities, develop donor relationships, prepare proposals, secure grants and coordinate funded projects from approval through implementation and reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify and map CSR donors, corporate foundations and institutional funding opportunities. • Identify relevant international foundations and development-sector grant opportunities. • Develop concept notes, detailed proposals, presentations, logical frameworks and budgets. • Build and maintain relationships with CSR Heads, foundations and institutional donors. • Coordinate donor meetings, due diligence, negotiations and grant agreements. • Develop sustainable and multi-year funding pipelines. • Coordinate project implementation, budgets, timelines and deliverables. • Monitor grant utilisation and project milestones. • Prepare donor reports, progress reports and utilisation documentation. • Support project renewal, evaluation and expansion. • Assess applicable CSR, FCRA and donor compliance requirements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in Management, Social Work, Development Studies, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Public Policy or relevant discipline. • MBA, MSW or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred. • Minimum 7 years of directly relevant CSR fundraising, institutional grants or resource mobilisation experience. • Proven experience in securing corporate or institutional funding. • Solid proposal writing, donor mapping, budgeting and negotiation skills. • Experience in project operations, grant management and donor reporting. • Excellent English communication and presentation skills. • Experience with NGOs, Section 8 companies, corporate foundations or international development organisations preferred.
