Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from candidate sourcing to joining. This is a outstanding opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience looking to build a career in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.

Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Assess candidates based on communication, experience, and suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
- Manage candidates from sourcing to offer and joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.




- Build a strong candidate pipeline and achieve assigned hiring targets.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies and maintain a healthy offer-to-joining ratio.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 0–1 year of recruitment experience; freshers are welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and candidate-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
