We are looking for an experienced UI/AEM Developer with strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and modern front-end technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing responsive, scalable, accessible, and reusable digital experiences using AEM and modern UI technologies.

You will work closely with UI/UX Designers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Backend Developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality enterprise web applications and digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications and digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Develop reusable AEM components, templates, dialogs, and client libraries.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Work extensively with HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, and AEM Client Libraries.
- Integrate AEM applications with REST APIs and backend services.
- Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into scalable and reusable web solutions.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and page-load speed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve UI and AEM-related issues across development, testing, and production environments.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and development standards.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Support CI/CD processes, application deployments, and release activities.




- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
- Experience developing AEM Components, Templates, Dialogs, HTL, Sling Models, and Client Libraries.
- Experience with React.js or another modern JavaScript framework.
- Experience with Content Fragments and Experience Fragments.
- Hands-on experience with AEM Dispatcher.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
- Experience integrating frontend/AEM applications with backend services.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards, including WCAG.
- Experience with web performance optimization.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or other Adobe Experience Cloud products is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred / Additional Experience

- Experience working in the Healthcare or Life Sciences domain is an added advantage.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience with enterprise-scale web applications and digital platforms.

Education

- B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech / MCA or equivalent qualification.
