In this role, your primary responsibility will be hands-on AI model training, dataset curation, and response evaluation. This position is ideal for freshers with a strong foundational grasp of AI as well as professionals with up to 3 years of experience looking to build a career in the artificial intelligence sector.

Key Responsibilities

Model Training & Fine-Tuning: Execute structured training runs, data labeling, and fine-tuning tasks to optimize AI model behavior and domain accuracy.

Dataset Curation & Review: Inspect, clean, and format datasets to ensure high-quality, bias-free inputs for model ingestion.

RLHF & Evaluation: Participate in Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), evaluating model responses, ranking outputs, and testing edge cases.

Prompt & Output Optimization: Craft effective testing prompts and analyze model outputs to identify hallucinations, errors, or areas for improvement.

Feedback Integration:



Work closely with the client’s core engineering and product teams to translate performance feedback into actionable training adjustments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Open to freshers as well as candidates with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Basic AI Proficiency: A solid conceptual understanding of how AI models, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs) work.

Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail with the ability to critically evaluate text, code, or data accuracy.

Familiarity with AI Tools: Comfort using AI chat interfaces, prompt tuning frameworks, or basic data annotation tools.

Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication skills to document model behaviors and provide constructive feedback.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
