Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Professional with 5–8 years of experience in the real estate industry to drive property marketing, lead generation, customer engagement, site visits, and sales support.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the local real-estate market and experience handling property leads, brokers/channel partners, digital/offline marketing activities, and customer follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing activities for real-estate projects.
- Generate leads through online and offline marketing channels.
- Manage and follow up with property enquiries and potential customers.
- Coordinate and arrange site visits for prospective buyers.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert marketing leads into customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers/channel partners/property consultants.
- Plan local marketing activities such as events, promotions, hoardings, flyers, property exhibitions, etc.
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies/vendors for online campaigns.
- Monitor lead generation and campaign performance.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
- Conduct market research and track competitor projects, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Support branding and promotional activities for ongoing/upcoming real-estate projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and management.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports.

Mandatory Requirements

Candidates should have:

- 5–8 years of relevant experience




- Experience in Real Estate / Property Marketing
- Experience in lead generation
- Experience handling property enquiries and customer follow-ups
- Experience coordinating site visits
- Experience dealing with brokers/channel partners
- Understanding of local real-estate marketing and customer behaviour

Candidate Profile

- Graduate/MBA in Marketing or relevant qualification preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali will be an advantage.
- Should be comfortable working from Sovabazar, Kolkata.
- Should be comfortable with field visits and meeting customers/channel partners.
- Candidates from real-estate developers, property consultants, or real-estate marketing companies are preferred.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
