Salary (CTC): ₹23,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Eligibility

- Degree in Hotel Management (HM) from a recognized university/institute, OR
- ITI in Bakery & Confectionery / Food & Beverage / Baker & Confectioner / Food Production (CTS), OR
- NCVT-approved MES in Cook (General/Continental/Indian Cuisine), Food & Beverage Service, or Hospitality Assistant, OR
- Trade Diploma in Food Production / Food & Beverage Operations / Bakery & Confectionery from a recognized IHM/NCHMCT or Government-recognized institute.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Prepare Indian/Continental food as per the menu and required standards.
- Ensure food quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation.
- Handle food preparation, cooking, and portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, utensils, and equipment.
- Check and maintain proper storage and freshness of ingredients.
- Minimize food wastage and follow FIFO practices.
- Coordinate with the Chef/Kitchen Supervisor for smooth operations.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
