Lab Technician specializing in Immunology and Marker Testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing patient samples, performing specialized diagnostic tests, and operating advanced laboratory instrumentation. Active registration with the Telangana State Medical Council (TSMC) or Para Medical Board is strictly mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Specialized Diagnostic Testing Immunology & Serology: Perform routine and advanced immunology assays, including autoantibody screening, infectious disease serology, and allergy testing. Biomarker Testing: Conduct critical marker tests, including tumor markers (e.g., PSA, CA-125, CEA), cardiac markers (e.g., Troponin, CK-MB), inflammatory markers (e.g., CRP, IL-6), and hormone profiles.

Sample Management & Quality Control Oversee the receiving, labelling, accessioning, and centrifugation of blood, serum, and other bodily fluid samples. Enforce strict pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical quality control (QC) protocols. Maintain comprehensive documentation and logs in compliance with NABL and state regulatory guidelines.

Equipment Operation & Maintenance Calibrate, operate, and troubleshoot automated and semi-automated immunoassay analysers (e.g., Chemiluminescence Immunoassay - CLIA,



ELISA readers). Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance on laboratory instruments to ensure zero downtime. Required Skills & Qualifications Mandatory License Active and valid registration with the Telangana State Para Medical Board / Medical Council is mandatory. Candidates without registration will not be considered.EducationB.Sc. / M.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT / MMLT) OR Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from a recognized institute. Technical & Equipment Skills Hands-on experience with CLIA, ELISA, and Automated Biochemistry Analysers (experience with specific platforms like Roche Cobas, Abbott Architect, or Siemens Advia is a plus). Proficiency in handling pipettes, centrifuges, and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). Robust knowledge of internal quality control (IQC) and external quality assessment (EQAS).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
