Senior Relationship Manager (RM)

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Field Work Required(Site visits)

Weekend Work: Mandatory site visits on weekends

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 2–5 years

Role Overview

As a Relationship Manager at BricksToHome, you will be the key point of contact for clients, helping them find the right property while ensuring a smooth and professional buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle client inquiries and build long-term relationships

* Conduct property site visits and walkthroughs (especially on weekends)

* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects

* Coordinate with builders and internal teams for smooth closures

* Follow up with leads and maintain proper client records

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

* Assist clients throughout the buying journey—from site visit to closure

Requirements

* Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills

* Interest in real estate sales and client-facing roles





* Target-driven and self-motivated mindset

* Willingness to travel within Bangalore

* Knowledge of Bangalore real estate market is a plus

* Two-wheeler/vehicle preferred

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
