We are looking for a CRM & Digital Marketing Executive who can efficiently manage customer information through CRM, communicate with customers over phone calls, and assist with day-to-day digital marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and an understanding of CRM and digital marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update customer details, leads, follow-ups, and activities in the CRM system.
- Make outbound calls to customers and leads and handle customer queries professionally.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding leads and customer requirements.
- Assist in digital marketing activities, including social media, online campaigns, lead generation, and basic reporting.
- Monitor and maintain accurate lead and customer records.
- Prepare basic reports related to leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Support the marketing team in executing online promotional activities.
- Maintain professional communication with customers through phone calls and digital channels.

Required Skills

- Good English & Telugu communication skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.




- Basic knowledge of CRM software and lead management.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer operations.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Candidates with knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, or Lead Generation will be preferred.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates with any of the following qualifications can apply:

- B.Com (Computers)
- M.Com
- M.Sc
- Any other Graduate/Postgraduate degree with relevant computer, CRM, customer service, or digital marketing knowledge.

Experience

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and basic knowledge of CRM & Digital Marketing may also be considered.
