About the Role

We are looking for a BAMS/BHMS Doctor with excellent communication and counselling skills to join our IVF team as an IVF Counsellor. The role involves guiding patients and couples through their fertility treatment journey, explaining treatment plans clearly, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel patients and couples regarding infertility evaluation and treatment options.
- Explain IVF, IUI and other fertility procedures in a simple and patient-friendly manner.
- Help patients understand treatment protocols, timelines, investigations and follow-up requirements.
- Discuss treatment-related queries, concerns and expectations with patients.
- Coordinate with IVF specialists, nurses, coordinators and other clinical team members.
- Maintain regular communication with patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Follow up with patients regarding consultations, investigations, treatment cycles and appointments.




- Support patients emotionally and practically while maintaining qualified boundaries.
- Ensure patients receive accurate information as provided by the treating doctor.
- Assist in improving patient conversion, treatment adherence and overall patient experience.
- Maintain proper counselling records and patient documentation.
- Handle patient queries professionally over phone and in person.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to clinic policies and ethical standards.

Eligibility & Skills

- BAMS / BHMS qualification is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong counselling and relationship-building abilities.
- Pleasant, empathetic and patient-centric personality.
- Good understanding of basic medical terminology.
- Prior experience in IVF, infertility, hospital, clinic or healthcare counselling will be an advantage.
- Ability to communicate comfortably in English and Hindi.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.

Compensation

₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month, depending on experience, communication skills and suitability for the role.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
