About the Role

AMC Super Specialty Hospital, Tiruppur, is looking for dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our clinical team. We are inviting applications from qualified nursing professionals who are interested in working in hospital departments including Ward, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and Accident & Emergency (A&E;).

The selected candidates will be responsible for providing safe and effective patient care, administering medications as prescribed, monitoring patient conditions, maintaining accurate nursing documentation, and assisting doctors and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Candidates with relevant nursing qualifications and clinical experience are encouraged to apply. Eligible freshers may also be considered, depending on department requirements.

Job Responsibilities

- Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing care.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, clinical condition, and response to treatment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the treating doctor.
- Assist doctors during clinical procedures and patient management.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing records, patient charts, and documentation.
- Follow hospital protocols for infection prevention, patient safety, and medication administration.
- Identify and report changes in patients' clinical condition to the treating doctor or senior nursing staff.
- Support emergency care and timely escalation of deteriorating patients, as applicable to the assigned department.
- Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge-related nursing activities.




- Ensure proper handover of patient information between shifts.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the nursing station and patient care areas.
- Communicate professionally with patients, attendants, doctors, and other healthcare team members.
- Comply with hospital policies, nursing standards, and applicable professional requirements.

Available Departments

Candidates may be considered for placement in:

- Ward
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Accident & Emergency (A&E;)

Candidates may indicate their preferred department during the recruitment process. Final department allocation will depend on hospital requirements, qualifications, experience, and suitability.

Qualifications

Required:

- Recognized nursing qualification applicable to the Staff Nurse position.
- Valid registration with the applicable Tamil nadu nursing council, where required.
- Ability to provide safe nursing care and work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Preferred:

- Relevant clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Experience in Ward, ICU, or Accident & Emergency, depending on the role.
- Freshers with the required nursing qualification may be considered for suitable vacancies.

Experience





- Relevant nursing experience is preferred.
- Freshers may be considered for eligible positions, subject to department requirements and hospital recruitment criteria.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Salary will depend on qualifications, relevant clinical experience, and the assigned role.

Work Schedule

- Full-time, hospital-based position.
- Shift duties may be applicable, including night shifts, depending on department requirements.
- Weekly off and shift allocation will be as per hospital duty roster.
