Team Lead – EdTech

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to lead and manage a team in our EdTech organization. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, team-handling, and student/customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, guide, and motivate team members to achieve departmental goals.

* Monitor daily team activities, performance, and follow-ups.

* Assign tasks and ensure timely completion.

* Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

* Provide coaching, training, and constructive feedback to team members.

* Monitor student/customer enquiries and ensure proper follow-up.

* Handle escalated student/customer concerns and support issue resolution.

* Track team performance and prepare regular reports.

* Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.





* Coordinate with HR and other departments for smooth operations.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.

* Maintain a positive, professional, and cooperative team environment.

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in the EdTech industry.

* Previous experience in team handling or leadership.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong leadership and people-management skills.

* Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

* Ability to manage targets, deadlines, and multiple responsibilities.

* Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and basic reporting tool

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
