Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Draftsman with a strong understanding of industrial architecture and construction drawings. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed drawings for industrial projects and coordinating with Architects, Consultants, Structural Teams and Site Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed architectural and industrial drawings including plans, elevations, sections, layouts and construction details.
- Develop working drawings and execution drawings for industrial buildings, factories, warehouses, production facilities and related infrastructure.
- Prepare and modify drawings based on inputs from Architects, Senior Team Leaders and Consultants.
- Develop detailed drawings for industrial layouts, building components, structural coordination and service requirements.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting and other services.
- Prepare drawings for fabrication, construction and site execution wherever required.
- Incorporate revisions based on consultant, client and site requirements.
- Coordinate with site teams to resolve drawing-related issues and ensure drawings reflect actual site conditions.
- Assist in preparing drawings required for statutory approvals,



tendering and project execution.
- Maintain proper drawing documentation, revisions and project records.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and timely completion of all assigned drawings.
- Independently handle drafting assignments with minimum supervision.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in industrial architecture/projects.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of industrial building planning, construction details and architectural drawings.
- Ability to understand and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
- Knowledge of industrial building systems, factory layouts, warehouses and related infrastructure will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of construction practices and coordination requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to industrial projects, be technically strong in drafting and detailing, and be capable of coordinating with architects, consultants and site teams to deliver accurate and execution-ready drawings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
