Job Summary

We are hiring an HR Generalist with experience in HR consultancy, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, recruitment coordination, HR compliance, and client handling. The role involves working with clients and travelling to client locations across Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle
- Handle recruitment coordination, onboarding, documentation & employee engagement
- Support HR policies, labour law and compliance activities
- Provide HR support and advisory to clients
- Coordinate HR projects and implementation with client teams
- Handle employee grievances and HR-related queries
- Maintain HR MIS, reports and documentation
- Travel to client locations as required

Required Skills

- 4–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist
- Experience in HR Consultancy / HR Services / HR Consulting




- Positive knowledge of HR Operations, Labour Laws & HR Compliance
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients independently
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai
