Basic Educational Qualification: ITI (Machinist/Fitter/Turner or equivalent)
CNC Certification / CNC Machine Operation Training

Skilled Qualification: CNC Machine Operation and Machining Knowledge

Technical Qualification: ITI + CNC Certification

Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in HMC/CNC machine operation

Functional skills & knowledge :-
Hands-on experience operating HMC machines.
Ability to independently operate and monitor HMC machining processes.
Exposure to CNC machining operations.
Knowledge of job setting and tool setting.
Ability to read engineering drawings and process sheets.
Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as:Vernier Caliper Micrometer . Depth Vernier
Height Gauge (preferred)
Understanding of machining tolerances and quality requirements.
Awareness of workplace safety and 5S practices.
