Animation Supervisor (Maya)

The role

You own the animation of the show. Working directly with the Director, you define the performance style, guide the leads and animators, oversee creative and technical animation quality, and keep every episode consistent and true to its characters.

What we need

- Define the animation language of the series with the Director and keep it consistent across episodes.
- Run reviews, set the quality bar and give clear notes that animators can act on.
- Plan the animation schedule with production and keep delivery on track.
- Guide animation leads and mentor the wider team.
- Work with rigging, layout and pipeline to solve problems before they reach the floor.
- Animate key shots where the show needs it.

What you will do





- Extensive character-animation experience including several years supervising teams on series or features.
- An exceptional performance reel.
- Expert Autodesk Maya skills and a strong understanding of the CG pipeline.
- A strong eye for appeal and timing, with a feel for what works for preschool audiences.
- Excellent review, planning, and communication skills.
- Based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate. This is an on-site role;
- Remote work is not available.

Positive to have

- Working knowledge of Houdini or Mari.
- Experience on episodic preschool or family animation.
