Job description:
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 tenant services.
- Troubleshoot mail delivery, message trace, spam filtering, and mail routing issues.
- Administer mailbox archiving, retention policies, and Litigation Hold to meet compliance requirements.
- Configuring, Managing, Monitoring and Troubleshooting of complete office setting of desktops, Laptops & Printer in Single Domain Network Environment and handle vendors’ product of (Dell, HP, Lenovo).
- Local and Network Printer Installation, Configuration and Sharing.
- knowledge of DNS Sever, DHCP server, AD and Domain server ext.
- Configure and maintain Exchange Transport Rules (Mail Flow Rules).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Desktop Support L2: 3 years (Preferred)
