Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from a reputed university.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the field.

Job Descriptions:

Ensure all student profile and faculty profile date are up to date on ERP.

· Update student’s master data for ID card printing and other internal college purposes.

· Update USN and other information post admissions on master excel sheet and ETLabs.

· Monitor daily CCTV playback and update first hour class records for salary processing in the excel sheet.

· Update IT assets of both working and scrap items and monitor changes in movement of the assets.

· All documents formatting for ready to print purposes as and when required.

· Update stock register for all the 3 colleges for statutory purposes.





· Update print cartridge register with pages printed and date of issue of new cartridge and monitor the yield for each cartridge issued.

· Update Telephone extensions and PC allotted registers for new departments or employees as and when required.

· Update student images with USN and update for reprinting of ID cards upon USN is shared from the university.

· NAD data upload and template management.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
