About Planning Labs

Planning Labs is a brand-building agency working across experiential marketing, events, exhibitions, activations, digital marketing and creative communication.

We are looking for a creative Video Editor who can create engaging content for social media, brands, events and digital campaigns.

What You’ll Work On

- Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Brand and promotional videos
- Event and exhibition videos
- Social media content
- Corporate and campaign videos
- Motion graphics and text animations
- Trend-based creative content
- Short-form storytelling and engaging edits

Key Responsibilities

- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts and promotional videos.
- Work with music, SFX, transitions, text animation and pacing.
- Edit raw footage into explicit and engaging stories.
- Adapt videos according to brand guidelines and creative references.
- Follow current social media trends and editing styles.
- Work with the creative and social media teams on content.
- Handle revisions and deliver projects within deadlines.





Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good understanding of short-form video editing.
- Good sense of music, timing, pacing and storytelling.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Ability to work with feedback and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work.

- Motion graphics
- Event/exhibition video editing
- Basic colour correction and grading
- Camera footage editing
- Basic graphic design
- AI video and creative tools

What We’re Looking For

Someone who is creative, quick to learn, updated with social media trends and interested in experimenting with new editing styles.

You should be comfortable working on multiple types of content and turning a basic brief or raw footage into an engaging final video.
