Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Functional Consultant with strong expertise in the Sales & Distribution (Order-to-Cash) domain . The consultant will lead business discussions, solution design, functional configurations, process optimization, testing, deployment, and production support activities. The role requires limited exposure to Finance modules and the ability to manage project deliverables, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Distribution (Primary Focus)

- Lead requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders.
- Analyze, design, and implement JDE E1 Sales & Distribution solutions.
- Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes including:
- - Customer Master
- Sales Order Management
- Advanced Pricing
- Credit & Hold Management
- Inventory Availability
- Shipment Confirmation
- Transportation & Logistics Coordination
- Invoicing and Billing
- Returns and Order Adjustments

- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend standard JDE solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams for enhancement and integrations.
- Support business process improvements and ERP transformation initiatives.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), BRDs, process flows, and test scripts.
- Lead Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and deployment activities.
- Provide post-go-live hypercare and production support.

Finance Exposure (Secondary Focus)

- Understand integration points between Sales & Distribution and Finance modules.
- Support Accounts Receivable (AR) related processes.
- Assist in customer billing, invoicing, and financial reconciliation activities.




- Coordinate with Finance teams for issue resolution and process alignment.
- Analyze financial impact of Order-to-Cash transactions.

Project Management Responsibilities

- Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate onsite, offshore, and client teams.
- Track project status and provide governance updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate solution reviews and steering committee discussions.
- Monitor scope, quality, and project milestones.
- Mentor junior consultants and functional analysts.
- Drive issue resolution and ensure timely delivery.

Skill Requirements

- Solid expertise in JDE E1 Sales Order Management.
- Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash business processes.
- Experience with Advanced Pricing, Inventory, Procurement integration, and Logistics.
- Functional configuration and business process mapping skills.
- Requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design expertise.
- Experience in SIT, UAT, and release management.
- Knowledge of JDE Orchestrator, BSSV, EDI, AIS, and integrations is preferred.
- Experience in PL/SQL and system integrations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project environments.

Other Requirements

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of JDE EnterpriseOne functional consulting experience.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, or Supply Chain industries preferred.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or JDE certifications are an added advantage.
