Job Overview

Catalyst Education is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to join our Kochi Branch. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, handling enquiries, explaining courses, following up with leads, and supporting the admissions team in achieving enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from assigned leads.
- Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information about courses and admissions.
- Explain course details, benefits, fees, and admission procedures clearly.
- Follow up consistently with interested students and parents.
- Convert qualified leads into counselling appointments and admissions.
- Maintain accurate call records and update lead status in the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with Academic Counsellors and the Sales/Admissions team.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents through professional communication.
- Submit regular updates on call performance and lead follow-ups.

Eligibility & Skills

- Plus Two / Any Degree preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with telecalling, sales, customer service, or education-sector experience will have an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to update CRM/data.
- Target-oriented attitude with strong follow-up skills.
- Confident, energetic, and willing to learn.
