Will leads the entire technical hiring strategy, manages a team of recruiters, and secures top-tier engineering and technology talent for an organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy & Leadership: Design end-to-end global hiring programs, set team quotas, and build repeatable infrastructure like scorecards and ideal candidate profiles.
- Executive Hiring: Personally own and close high-level leadership roles, including VP, Head, and C-level technology searches.
- Team Management: Mentor, coach, and monitor the performance of IT recruiters on a weekly basis to ensure hiring targets are met.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with executive leadership, CTOs, and engineering managers to forecast department goals and define precise technical skill requirements.
- Pipeline & Analytics: Provide real-time visibility to senior leadership through conversion funnel reports, pipeline metrics,



and applicant tracking system (ATS) data.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 8 to 15+ years in talent acquisition with a strong focus on technical and IT recruitment, including leadership experience.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of software development life cycles, up-to-date tech stacks (Cloud, DevOps, AI, Full-Stack), and niche sourcing platforms (GitHub, Stack Overflow).
- Data-Driven: Proven ability to manage recruitment metrics, conversion rates, and team quotas.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Pay: ₹16,185.26 - ₹62,306.97 per month
