Mechanical Engineering Intern

Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Mechanical Engineering Intern to join our Engineering team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in mechanical product design, engineering documentation, manufacturing processes, and product development within a manufacturing workplace.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a mechanical engineering student to apply academic knowledge to real-world engineering projects while working closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist mechanical engineers with product design and development activities.
- Create and modify 2D drawings and 3D CAD models under the guidance of senior engineers.




- Support preparation and maintenance of engineering drawings, BOMs, specifications, and other technical documentation.
- Assist with design changes, engineering revisions, and product improvements.
- Support engineers in prototype development, testing, and validation.
- Participate in product and component measurements and basic engineering calculations.
- Assist with DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly) activities.
- Learn and support manufacturing processes such as sheet metal fabrication, machining, injection molding, stamping, and assembly.
- Work with the Engineering and Manufacturing teams to identify and resolve basic design or production issues.
