Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing customized travel packages, coordinating bookings, and assisting customers in planning their holidays and tours.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of travel destinations, and the ability to understand customer requirements and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Prepare and customize domestic and international tour packages.
- Provide detailed information about destinations, hotels, sightseeing, transportation, and travel itineraries.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to convert inquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, airlines, and other travel partners.
- Manage booking confirmations, vouchers, itineraries, and other travel documents.
- Maintain regular communication with customers before, during, and after their trips.
- Resolve customer queries and provide support when required.
- Maintain proper records of leads, bookings, and customer interactions.




- Achieve assigned sales and booking targets.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry preferred.
- Experience in handling tour packages and travel bookings will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of popular domestic and international travel destinations.
- Ability to prepare attractive and cost-effective travel itineraries.
- Robust negotiation, follow-up, and sales skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and WhatsApp.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in travel may also apply.
