Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Civil Engineer to support our project execution team in pipeline and railway infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering and at least 1 year of relevant experience in civil construction, preferably with exposure to pipeline and/or railway projects.

The candidate will assist in site execution, measurements, quality monitoring, documentation, coordination with contractors and workers, and ensuring that project activities are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the execution and supervision of civil works at project sites.
- Support construction activities related to pipeline and railway projects.
- Review and understand construction drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Take site measurements and assist with quantity calculations and measurements for billing.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, and site workers.
- Assist in monitoring material requirements, usage, and availability at site.
- Maintain daily site reports, work progress records, measurement sheets, and other project documentation.
- Assist in quality inspections and ensure construction activities follow applicable quality standards.




- Identify site issues and report them to the Senior Engineer / Project Engineer.
- Assist in monitoring project progress against the planned schedule.
- Ensure compliance with project safety procedures and site requirements.
- Participate in site inspections, surveys, and coordination meetings as required.
- Perform other project-related civil engineering duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering – Mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant skilled experience in civil construction.
- Experience in pipeline and/or railway projects is required/preferred, depending on the project requirement.
- Good understanding of basic civil engineering and construction practices.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings and project specifications.
- Basic knowledge of quantity estimation, measurements, and site documentation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
