About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with robust B2B Sales experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, managing existing customer relationships, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable technical products/solutions, preparing quotations, negotiating with customers and converting enquiries into orders.

Candidates from any manufacturing or industrial sector are welcome to apply. Experience in machinery, automation, engineering products, industrial equipment, automotive components, CNC, machine tools, electronics, electrical products, plastics, polymers or similar technical products will be preferred.

SMT / PCB / Electronics Manufacturing experience is an added advantage, but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and develop new B2B customers in manufacturing and industrial sectors.
- Identify sales opportunities through calls, references, networking, market research and customer visits.
- Visit factories and customer locations to understand requirements.
- Understand customer technical and commercial requirements.
- Promote and sell technical products, machinery, equipment, components and manufacturing solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
- Handle enquiry follow-up, quotation follow-up and customer negotiations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation → enquiry → quotation → negotiation → order closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.




- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and technical teams.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries and payments/collections.
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, CRM records and sales reports.
- Monitor competitors, market trends and customer requirements.
- Travel regularly for customer meetings and business requirements.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of B2B Sales experience is mandatory.
- Manufacturing / Industrial / Technical Product Sales experience preferred.

- Lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Quotation preparation and follow-up.
- Negotiation and order closure.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Willingness to travel.
- MS Office / Excel and sales reporting knowledge.

Educational Qualification

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related engineering disciplines.
