Key Responsibilities

1.Stores Management

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
- Issue materials as per production or departmental requirements.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
- Maintain WMS/store records, GRN, stock registers, and documentation.
- Scrap Management
- Multiple Location Management
- Quality inward Outward management
- Multiple coordination with accounts department
- Stock verification
- Sample issuing and collecting

2. Logistics Coordination

- Coordinate dispatch and transportation activities.
- Plan and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with transporters, vendors, and warehouse teams.

3. Compliance & Safety

- Follow company safety and warehouse procedures.
- Ensure compliance with inventory and logistics policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store/warehouse.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments
- Maintain proper handling of materials and equipment
- Investigate accidents or incidents if they occur

4. Inventory Management

- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.




- Ensure proper storage of goods to avoid damage or loss.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.

5. Warehouse Operations

- Oversee daily warehouse activities such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching.
- Ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfilment.
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization.

6. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain records of inventory, dispatches, damages, and returns.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.

7. Cost & Efficiency Control

- Reduce operational costs and minimize wastage.
- Improve productivity and warehouse efficiency.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and utilization.

8. Customer Service Support

- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
- Handle customer complaints related to warehouse operations.
- Support internal departments with inventory information.
- Knowledge of ISO systems (9001 / 14001 / 45001)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
