Job Overview

Flybunch Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment, with a primary focus on International Sales hiring.

This is a purely Talent Acquisition-focused role involving sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer management, and onboarding. No regular HR Operations/generalist work is involved.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Primarily hire for International Sales, Trade Executive, Senior Trade Executive, Sales Team Leader, Trade Manager, and Sales Manager positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Foundit, Apna/Job Hai, databases, referrals, and other hiring platforms.
- Conduct CV screening and telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and management.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, salary negotiations, offers, and joining confirmations.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database and LinkedIn network.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets and ensure timely closures.
- Occasionally handle hiring for Operations, Logistics, Backend, IT, E-commerce, and Zoho CRM profiles.
- Hiring may be conducted across India,



depending on business requirements.

Requirements

- 3–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong experience in International Sales / B2B Sales hiring preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of major job portals and sourcing platforms.
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing and networking skills.
- Good candidate database/network, especially for Sales profiles.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong screening, negotiation, follow-up, and candidate management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and hiring targets simultaneously.
- Experience with bulk/high-volume hiring will be an advantage.

Important Note

This is primarily a Talent Acquisition role and NOT an HR Operations/generalist position.

The major focus will be on International Sales recruitment, with occasional hiring for Operations, Logistics, IT, E-commerce, Backend, and Zoho CRM-related positions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
