Job Summary

As a Commi 1 - South Indian, you'll play a vital role in our culinary team, specializing in South Indian cuisine. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in preparing and cooking various dishes, ensuring consistency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook South Indian dishes like dosas, idlis, sambar, and chutneys according to recipes and standards.

- Kitchen Operations: Maintain kitchen hygiene, assist with inventory management, and ensure food is stored correctly.

- Menu Development: Assist in creating new menu items and adhere to safety and sanitation regulations.

- Team Collaboration: Support senior chefs, work effectively in a team, and take direction from senior chefs.

Requirements

- Education:



High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or diploma advantageous.

- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, specializing in South Indian cuisine.

- Skills: Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills; knowledge of South Indian recipes and cooking techniques.

- Certifications: Food safety certification, such as HACCP, preferred .
