One of our Client based in Thane is looking for a BIM Architect. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing BIM models, producing construction documentation, and supporting the delivery of high-quality architectural projects. Experience working on Middle East projects will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities are given below.

· Develop, coordinate, and maintain detailed BIM models using Revit from CAD drawings, SketchUp models, and design inputs.

· Produce architectural drawings, construction documentation, tender packages, specifications, and 3D models.

· Conduct model audits, clash detection, and quality reviews to ensure project accuracy and compliance.

· Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and technical detailing in accordance with project requirements and applicable regulations.

· Collaborate with the UAE design team, consultants, and other project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

· Manage Revit content, families, model coordination, and BIM standards.

· Deliver project tasks in accordance with company procedures,



quality standards, and project deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills required are mentioned below.

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

· Minimum 7 years of professional experience, with exposure to Middle East projects preferred.

· Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (mandatory).

· Working knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory).

· Strong understanding of BIM workflows and construction documentation.

· Familiarity with British and/or American design standards.

· Excellent technical, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
