Telecaller - Animal Feed Sales

Key Responsibilities

1. Make daily calls to farmers, dairy farms, dealers, retailers, and new customers.

2. Explain cattle feed products, benefits, prices, and offers.

3. Generate new leads and convert enquiries into sales.

4. Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders.

5. Maintain good relationships with customers.

6. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.

7. Take customer orders and coordinate with the Sales and Dispatch teams.

8. Maintain daily call records, enquiry details, orders, and follow-ups.

9. Follow up with pending enquiries and potential customers.

10. Collect market feedback on customer needs, competitor products, and prices.

11. Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.





12. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

13. Coordinate with Field Sales Representatives for customer visits when required.

Qualification

1. Any Graduate preferred.

2. Experience in Tele Sales, Telecalling, FMCG, Agriculture, Dairy, or Cattle Feed will be preferred.

3. Positive communication and convincing skills can also apply.

4. Customer-handling skills are required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
