Title: SAP OTC Lead/Solution Architect

Location: Hyderabad, Pune and Chennai

Timings: 2 pm to 10 pm

We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) Lead/Solution Architect who has experience in delivering global SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations. The ideal candidate will lead OTC process design and transformation initiatives across Sales, Billing, Pricing, Intercompany, Customer Master, Logistics, and Electronic Invoicing. This role requires deep expertise in SAP SD, SAP DRC, global compliance, 3PL/WMS integrations, and end-to- end Order-to-Cash processes, along with solid stakeholder management and leadership skills. The candidate will work closely with business and IT teams to design scalable solutions, drive global standardization, support complex integrations, and ensure successful delivery of SAP transformation programs in multinational environments.

Key Responsibilities

SAP OTC Leadership & Solution Design

· Lead end-to-end OTC workstreams for global SAP ECC and S/4HANA programs. Design and implement standardized Order-to-Cash processes across Sales, Billing, Delivery, Logistics, and Intercompany operations.

· Define global OTC templates, governance models, and deployment strategies.

· Conduct business workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into SAP solutions.

· Lead solution architecture reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise standards

SAP Configuration & process management

Configure and Support

· Sales order

· Deliveries

· Billing

· Pricing Procedures

· Customer master data

· Intercompany processes

· Account Determination





· Support OTC integrations with MM, FI/CO and RAR modules and external applications

Integration & Digital Transformation

Design and manage integrations using:

· IDocs

· RFC

· EDI

· BAPI

· SAP Integration Suite

· SAP BODS

· APIs and Event-Based Interface

· Design e-Invoicing solutions and integrations with government authorities and service providers.

· Ensure compliance with local and global tax regulations, VAT requirements, PEPPOL, SAF-T, ATCUD, and country-specific mandates.

· Support statutory reporting and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Project Leadership

· Lead global SAP implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and S/4HANA transformation projects.

· Manage cross-functional teams including business, technical, integration, and third-party vendors.

· Coordinate testing, cutover planning, deployment, and hypercare activities.

· Support Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies using tools such as Jira, Kanban, Solution Manager, and HPQC.

Technical & Functional Support

· Create functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP development teams.

· Perform debugging analysis, user-exit validation, and enhancement reviews.

· Drive issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
